The Temple of Ramsses II was built for himself and four other universal gods; Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and otherwise known as known as The Sun Temple of Ramsses II. On the other hand, Temple of Queen Nefertari is also known as Temple of Hathor. Originally these temples were built on the bank of Lake Nasser. These carved out from the side of the mountain.  But the temples were relocated in 1960’s at a location high above the Aswan High Dam to prevent it from being destroyed by rising water in the lake.  UNESCO together with the Egyptian government administered the relocation.
