In a nearby ancient monument, you also get to visit the Great Sphinx, who was believed to date in the reign of Pharaoh Chepren. A sphinx is a mythical creature who in Egyptian beliefs is a lion’s body that has a human head. After touring those areas, you will be taken to excurse the Valley Temple which is a part of the Pyramid of Chepren.

Lunch will be served in a Cairo specialty restaurant. It is an internationally acclaimed cuisine that has a touch of classical Egyptian food being served. With that sumptuous lunch, the tour continues to the Egyptian Museum which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. The largest portion of art collection that dates back 5000 years ago is preserved in this museum. There are also 250,000 actual artifacts are presented. This includes the famed collection of King Tutankhamen that dates back three centuries ago. In 1922 his tomb was discovered, however, there is evidence that the tomb was robbed a few months when he was buried. Later,  you will come back in Cairo to have an adventure tour around the city visiting the oldest market in the Middle East. When night time comes you will be escorted back to the Cairo International Airport.
