Qasr Ibrim is an important fortress during the ancient times. Part of Nubian Monuments to be moved to another place to avoid being flooded by the rising water of the Nile River.The Temple of Kalabsha is originally built in 30BC and was then relocated to a higher area to avoid being completed flooded by the rising waters of the Lake Nasser.Wadi el Sebua is one of the Nubian Monuments that was relocated to a whole new area to protect it from the rising waters of the Lake Nasser when the High Aswan Dam was created.
