4 Days and 3 Nights from Aswan to Luxor (Every Friday)


Day 1: Arrival in Aswan and start of Nile Cruise

As you arrive at Aswan airport or at the local train station, a 123egypttours.com representative will meet & greet you. There you will be transferred via a private Air conditioned vehicle to the Sonesta Sun Goddess Nile Cruise Ship for your departure in Aswan just before Lunch. There you will be accompanied by an Egypt tour guide to start a day tour beginning with a visit to the High Dam, the Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae. Dinner and overnight accommodation aboard the cruiser while in Aswan.

 

Day 2: Sailing in Kom Ombo and Edfu

The next day, enjoy a delectable breakfast on board the Nile cruise ship then sail to the town of Kom Ombo to visit the famous Temple of Kom Ombo. The said temple is dedicated to two gods named Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haeroris, the falcon god. After that, have lunch on board the ship while sailing towards the city of Edfu to visit the Temple of Horus. Have a cup of tea in the afternoon as you sail to Esna. The evening meals and overnight accommodation will be aboard the Sonesta Sun Goddess Nile Cruise Ship while docked in Edfu.

 

Day 3: Cruise in Luxor’s Eastern Bank

Have a breakfast fit for a king on aboard the Sonesta Sun Goddess Nile Cruise Ship. There will be enough free time to roam the ship since you will be sailing until after lunch towards Luxor. Then you will be accompanied for an extraordinary tour to visit the Eastern Part of the Nile River in Luxor to see Karnak and Luxor Temples. Karnak is a monumental part of the city of Thebes; the area around Karnak was the ancient Egyptian Ipet-isut or translated to the most selected of places. Day 4: Cruise in Luxor’s Western Bank

Day 1: Arrival in Luxor for the start of the Nile Cruise

Whether arriving by train or airplane, a representative from 123EgyptTours.com will meet and assist your transfer via a private air-conditioned vehicle to the cruise for embarkation which is right before lunch. In the afternoon you will be accompanied by a tour guide to visit East Bank of the Nile, where you will see the Karnak and Luxor temples. Return to the cruise for some afternoon tea, dinner, and overnight accommodation aboard the vessel while in Luxor.

 

Day 2: Cruise to Luxor’s Western Bank

Have some hefty breakfast before transferring to the other side of Nile in Luxor. The West Bank of the River Nile in Luxor boasts of attractions such as the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir EL Bahari and the enormous Colossi Memnon. Return to luxury cruise for lunch and afternoon tea while sailing to Edfu via Esna Lock. Dinner and overnight stay on board the Nile cruise vessel at Edfu.

 

Day 3: Cruising at Edfu and Kom Ombo

Day 4: Cruising to Aswan

The temple in Aswan also known as Abu Simbel Temple is one of the most famous ancient Egyptian temples in the world. When there, pay a visit to the High Dam in Aswan, the Unfinished Obelisk and the majestic Philae temple – Philae in Greek or Pilak in ancient Egyptian, meaning ‘the end,’ defined the southernmost limit of Egypt. Take an optional visit to the Botanical garden by felucca overnight in Aswan on board the Nile cruise ship.

 

Day 5: End of Tour

You will arrive in the city of Aswan after enjoying an appetizing breakfast. You will have free time for personal leisure in Aswan on your own. After that, you will be transported back to Aswan airport or the local train station for your final departure back home.

Day 1: Arrive Luxor

As you arrive in the Luxor airport or train station, you will be greeted by a 123egypttours.com representative will meet and greet you for your arrival. Then you will be transported by a private Air Conditioned vehicle to the cruise ship for the start of your cruise just before lunch. Your dinner will be served aboard the Nile cruise ship. Also you will stay overnight in the cruise ship in Luxor.

 

Day 2: Luxor Sightseeing

After enjoying delectable breakfast, you will be joined for an astounding tour to visit the Eastern part of the Nile River in Luxor to the Karnak and Luxor temples. Then sail to the city of Esna there you will spend the night.

 

Day 3: Edfu and Kom Ombo day Tour

The next day, sail to the city of Edfu. Upon arrival at Edfu, you will be accompanied by a experienced guide to visit the Temple of Horus. The temple was dedicated to the falcon god Horus, and was built in the Ptolemaic period between 237 and 57 BCE. After the tour, you will travel south to Kom Ombo. Day 4: Day Tour in Aswan

This day is dedicated for a sightseeing tour in Aswan. Visit to the High Dam in Aswan, the Unfinished Obelisk and the Majestic Philae temple with a visit to the Botanical garden by felucca overnight in Aswan on board the Nile cruise ship.

 

Day 5: Optional Tour to Abu Simbel

In the morning there is an optional visit to Abu Simbel. Towards the evening visit the botanical garden by Felucca. You will spend the night aboard the Nile Cruise Ship in Aswan.

 

Day 6: Sightseeing  in Kom Ombo and Edfu

Early in the morning, you will sail to the city of Kom Ombo. There you can visit the Temple of Kom Ombo that was shared by two gods.  The southern half of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world. Meanwhile, the northern part of the temple was dedicated to the falcon god Haroeris, also known as Horus the Elder. Then you will sail to Edfu where you will spend the night aboard the Nile Cruise Ship.

 

Day 7: Luxor Tours

After enjoying a delicious breakfast on board the ship, you will be transported to the Western part of the Nile River in Luxor. There you can visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple at El Deir EL Bahari and the Colossi Memnon. Then you can go back to the cruise ship for lunch. You have free time while you’re on board the ship. Your dinner will be served aboard the Nile Cruise Ship in Luxor. And you will stay for the night on board.

 

Day 8: End of River Cruise
